We require at least one night's payment to guarantee a reservation.

any cancelation within 48 hours of your arrival date will receive a full refund.

Exceptions are:

Holiday weekends need 96 hour prior cancelation for a full refund

More than one room reserved will need 96 hour prior cancelation (full refund)

Are pets allowed?

Yes, 

We have set aside one room where we allow pets

If that room is occupied a pet will not be allowed in any other rooms

A pet deposit will be required and you will need to sign an "Pet Agreement"

How many pets are allowed?

One medium sized Dog or 2 small sized dogs
